Here are a couple of very short videos of Levi on the skim board. If you knew Garet in college, you'll know that this is one of his favorite things to do. Levi tried to stand up, but he never made it but a second or two. Maybe next year:

The kids pool area at the condo had this really cool submarine - the kids could turn the water off and on:
We spent many hours floating around the lazy river. Levi loved it because he could swim without much effort. I loved it because Kara would fall asleep on my lap - so relaxing:
We decided that we are going to have to start going back to the beach every year with the kids. It was just too much fun watching them! On a side note, Garet and I celebrate our 8th Anniversary on Tuesday. We stayed in the same building we did on our honeymoon. It was wild to think about how much our lives have changed since then and we wouldn't change a thing!

Love the pictures. Kara looks so beautiful in her beach photo! Those videos of Levi are adorable. He does a good job staying on the skim board! Looks like you guys had a blast! Happy late Anniversary!

no that was a board I made a couple of years after we got married.
Oh wow - these are great pics! And I agree with you - I LOVE that one of Levi all windblown on the beach!
It looks like you had a really good time at the beach. Where did you go and what condo? I really like the Lazy River and the submarine in the pool. Happy Anniversary!

Brooke - we went to Litchfield Beach in SC. It is about 30 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. There is a link in the post to the website. It was absolutely WONDERFUL for kids.
